Cons: Dog owners not cleaning after their pets Coffee machine didn’t work and washing machine always out of balance

Spacious and comfortable - needs a little more attention in cleaning.

Pros: The space was wonderful, each having our own bedroom was great. Lovely open living room. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Decorated nicely. Garage parking was nice though costs 20$ per day.

Cons: It could have been cleaned with more attention. There was a wet bath mat when we arrived, which they quickly replaced. There was one sink in one bathroom that was blocked, they offered to come repair it but we didn’t want to be disturbed while we were there. They were very responsive and friendly and professional in their correspondence but it would have been nice if those issues hadn’t existed from the start. There was dust in vents and behind mirrors that were visible and while not problematic also added to a feeling of not being cleaned or taken care of with attention. Some of the towels looked clean but smelled mildewy so I washed them as there was a washer and dryer and soap conveniently provided in the flat. Would feel more secure with a deadbolt for the front door. One elevator served this big apartment building so plan for time just to use it.

Apartamento de lujo

Pros: Buen trato por parte del anfitrión y el apartamento de lujo, habitaciones grandes, luminosas y con una cocina y salón muy grandes y muy bien equipados. Los baños con gel, champú y suavizante y lavandería.

Cons: nada

Pros: Muy cómodo, con servicios cerca y espacio para toda la familia. El garage muy espacioso y la piscina preciosa.

De locatie is top, dat compenseerde de slechtere hygiëne

Pros: De ligging was perfect en het appartement erg ruim.

Cons: Het was niet schoon toen we aankwamen. Vooral de keuken was erg vies en de deurklinken en lichtknopjes plakten gewoon. Overal lag ook stof dus we moesten helaas eerst zelf nog schoonmaken…

Pros: Muy buen tamaño de departamento. Ideal para 6 personas. Muy buena cocina, comedor y dormitorios. Como el departamente está en el 6to piso, hay que subir con el auto los 6 pisos, que al principio cuesta pero despues uno se habitua. Muy buena predisposición de los anfitriones. Volveriamos nuevamente al departamento. Yendo en auto, está cerca del muelle de Santa Monica.

Cons: No hay algo puntual. Quizás hay que mejorar la altura de la ducha de baño y la presión de agua. Tampoco me gustó que haya que pagar el estacionamiento aparte, debería estar incluido en el precio.

Pros: Impecable el recibimiento de Liam personalmente, y de Natalie vía wapp. Muy atentos y pendientes de que todo estuviera bien. Muy lindo el alojamiento!!!! Con todo lo necesario para cocinar y estar cómodos. Durante nuestra estadía fueron los incendios de Palisades, y nos dieron la tranquilidad de que de ser evacuados, nos realojarían en otro sitio. Muy importante haber contado con esa opción para transitar tranquilos en ese momento.

Wow - great location walk to everything you need, comfy beds, complex has fabulous amenities -

Pros: Location was fantastic. Great facilities - pool, hot tub, fitness center, outside seating with fire-pit, right next to a very nice grocery store. Beds are super comfortable. Sat on balcony and enjoyed wine most every evening.

Pros: really nice and clean spacious has 2 pools really nice area easy to get to
