Pros: The check-in process was communicated thoroughly with text and video. It was comfortable and spacious. Designated parking is a plus.
Cons: Minor thing but like 5 of the 20 vertical blinders were missing in each room so light came through in the morning. Had to clip towels to keep my privacy from the outside peering in. 2in1 shampoo/conditioner plus an separate bottle of conditioner but there wasn't any body soap around. Easy fix for a few bucks.

Spacious property with parking, pool, kitchen, and easy access to Hollywood but lacks privacy.
Pros: Alisson sent entrance instructions to the property that were very detailed, accurate and included short videos that helped very much. She responded instantly to queries I had in regards to the keys. The location was brilliant to access Hollywood and the area. A short walk or Waymo ride and you are in the heart of Hollywood with easy access to all there. Hollywood Bowl, Mann's Chinese Theatre, Griffith Park are all easily reached as are many other nearby attractions. Glendale and more are relatively close. Right next to Highway 101. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean and the rooftop had great all around views of LA. Access to the locked parking below the building was easily done with a remote and gave peace of mind and added security. The kitchen and use of fridge was a bonus and helpful if you like cooking at home. Basic pots, pans, cutlery, dishes and coffee maker are there for guests to use. Very spacious with a small balcony.
Cons: The biggest drawback was the lack of privacy due to the missing blinds throughout the apartment. Blinds were missing in both bedrooms and the living room allowing neighbouring properties clear views into bedrooms and living room throughout the day and nightime, the blinds need fixing or replacing with something that offers better privacy for guests. The missing blinds also let in too much light in the morning, so take your eyeshades with you and maybe some earplugs as one of the neighbours had a dog that yapped quite a bit.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert.
Pros: Es handelt sich um ein sehr großzügiges Apartment. Die Lage war für uns als Touristen sehr zentral und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit zwei Badezimmern, sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Es war wirklich alles super.
Cons: Es gibt zwar eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine, aber eine einfache Maschine, die mir die Zubereitung von nur einer Tasse Kaffee leicht ermöglicht, wäre noch schön gewesen.

Pros: Dobra poloha, obrovskou výhodou je parkovanie priamo v dome, možnosť vstupu do súkromného bazéna na streche apartmanoveho domu a tiež oceňujeme práčovnu na poschodi. Komunikácia s domácou bola bezproblémová.

Very satisfied with the Rental. I will continue to do business with this complex.
Pros: I love the that it was very easy to access the complex and retrieve the keys along with the garage door fob.
Cons: The only thing that stood out was the bathroom sink with the single bed was a little clogged and I had to purchase a sink de-clogger. But other than that the Apt was perfect.

Pros: המיקום נפלא וקרוב למרכז העניינים. אליסון היתה מקסימה מקצועית ומהירה ונשמח להתארח בדירה המתוקה שלה שוב בעתיד .יש לציין שהחנייה המקורה והמאובטחת הפתיעה אותנו לטובה והקלה מאוד על השהות בעיר.המקום תואם לתיאור ולתמונות.
Cons: היה נחמד אם הוילונות היו יותר אטומים לאור השמש. ולסיים את התיקון במקלחת בחדר הגדול יותר.
