Lovely accommodation with some room for improvement.

Pros: >>The master bedroom was comfortable and stayed cool, even in the morning sun. >>The host was very responsive and arranged for someone to greet us upon arrival, which made check-in smooth. >>There were plenty of towels provided for our 7-day stay, which was very convenient. >>I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee, adding a nice touch to our mornings.

Cons: >> The second bedroom lacked storage options, such as a wardrobe or shelves, which made it challenging for my colleague to organize belongings; we ended up using the second bed as a makeshift workspace. >> Unfortunately, the washer/dryer was out of order, necessitating a trip to the laundry room, which could use some cleaning. >> We didn’t receive information on trash disposal, leading to a bit of a pile-up by the end of our stay.

Pros: Tidy clean apartment accomodated my group of 6 adults well. Had everything we needed. Great location. Host very welcoming with easy to follow instructions for a hassle free check in. Recommended.

Nice Well Equipped Apartment

Pros: Great apartment in downtown LA. Had all necessary facilities including fridge, microwave, oven and washing machine and dryer. Comfortable beds and good sized apartment.

Cons: Even though we were fairly high up the noises from the street could still be heard overnight. That said, there's not much you could really do about it.

Great apartment would book again.

Pros: It was clean and brilliantly stocked and in a great location with a food market down the street and 15 mins walk to grand central market. The staff were super kind helpful communicated really well helped with the check in the parking and generally went above and beyond to make sure our stay was easy and comfy. We had 7 people in the apartment and managed great. The sofa bed was comfy.

Pros: Great location and safe entrance. Thin windows, but if you wear earplugs at night that doesn't bother. Good beds and kitchen has everything you need. Angelina was very lovely host!

Cons: Rooftop terrace was maybe under renovation, so it was not like the pictures.

Highly recommend apartment and host Angelina!

Pros: Angelina, our host, you are the greatest! And very supportive! A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, well-maintained, clean, and located in the city center. A paid garage is also available (right next to the apartment), which is extremely convenient. It is situated on the 11th floor, which is definitely an advantage of this place. The views from the windows are pleasant, as befits a central location.

Cons: There was a bit of dust in the corners ;) But overall, there’s nothing about the apartment that I didn’t like. The only downside is the notorious issue in Los Angeles, which unfortunately isn’t easy to improve: the presence of drug users and homeless people, who are everywhere (whether it's downtown, the beach, or upscale neighborhoods). Sadly, their shouts can be heard even from the 11th floor at night, and stepping out of the building in the morning, you might encounter their waste (not only trash...).

Pros: The decoration was nice, with taste, it was very comfortable in a safe building with security. The apartment had a washing machine and a dryer, plus a dishwasher, which we used a lot. We also had access to a rooftop with jacuzzi and a pool. Angelina was amazing, always available and smiley!

Great LA stay

Pros: Great location and the rooftop terrace was brilliant. Meeting up with the staff to get into the property was easy and they were very helpful. All in all a great stay.
