Great place to stay in Santa Monica

Pros: Location was excellent and handy to transport and activities. We didn’t have a car. Facilities were perfect, place was homely and quiet.

Cons: Not a biggy but a one pager explaining the building facilities e.g rubbish recycling would have been useful. (we found Shute by exploring).

Great experience

Pros: Very clean and comfortable place, extremely well located (15-minute stroll to Santa Monica Pier, and 5-10-minutes tot 3rd street shops). Check-in process was as smooth as it gets. Indeed, is a multiple-step process, but the instructions are very detailed and clear. The apartment is well-equipped, the two bathrooms were a plus for our group. We needed a late check-out and the host was nice enough to offer us one extra hour, complimentary.

Cons: Everything was great for us, the cleaning team arrived a little early (probably not knowing about the extra hour), but that was sorted out nice and quickly.

Pros: Arrived at midnight and it was very dark. Whilst note said where keys were, i couldnt find them and was actually a little fearful given the time and the homeless folks all around me. However, I contacts the owners at this time and they were very responsive and sent an image showing me where the keys were. I would ask that the description for the keys be more clear to avoid this. It wouldnt have been so bad if it was daytime maybe.

Pros: Nice apartment right next to target and a bunch of resturants. Very close to the beach as well, so you can by foot.

Pros: Appartamento veramente bello moderno e pulito In zona centrale (10min a piedi dal Pier di santa Monica) Ottima la soluzione doppia camera con doppio bagno privato Ottimo il parcheggio interno al palazzo Ottima l attrezzatura a disposizione nella zona living (cucina;tv divano.)

Cons: Assolutamente niente

Pros: Propre. Confortable. Très bien pour 4. Proche du bord de mer. De la rue commerçante. Parking. Très bien!

Great getaway!

Pros: We came to Santa Monica last minute for my husbands birthday. Booked this home and received a text right after from the hosts. Great communication with the hosts. The apartment we previously booked had some issues in which the hosts were able to contact me right away to accommodate my stay in another one of their properties. On arrival, keys were easy to locate. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Beds super comfortable. The hosts provide all essential needs and an abundance of it. I highly recommend staying at any one of their properties. It was great to come back to their home and be comfortable after a long day of touring and driving!

Sehr gutes Basecamp für die Eroberung der STadt

Pros: Sehr gute Lage und sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Trips in LA

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder anmieten

Pros: sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage, Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gut eingerichtet und sehr super, Supermarkt (Trader Joe’s sowie Target) ein paar hundert Meter fußläufig erreichbar sowie ein Einkaufszentrum und Straßen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons: Es fehlte die Erläuterung, dass die erste Eingangstür im Haus nur mit Chip zu öffnen ist und der Schlüssel lediglich für die Wohnungstür zu verwenden ist. Wäre hilfreich, wenn dies mit bei den Erläuterungen aufgeführt wird. Ebenso, dass die Ausfahrt aus der Tiefgarage automatisch (nach etwas Wartezeit) erfolgt und der Sensor lediglich zur Einfahrt benötigt wird. Die vier Stühle am Esstisch müssten einmal erneuert werden - die Füße sind sehr wackelig

Schöne große Wohnung mit viele Extras.

Pros: Diese Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und im guten Zustand. Internet ist sehr schnell und es gibt einen großen Fernseher mit Smart TV. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Außreichen Handtücher. Es ist sehr leise in der Wohnung, die Nachbarn oder die Straße hört man kaum. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke.

Cons: Leider macht sich der Vermieter keine Mühe die Gäste über die Einrichtung in der Wohnung ausreichend zu informieren. Wir haben große Probleme warm zu duschen, dafur mußte die Lüftung eingeschaltet werden und es dauerte extrem lange bis im zweiten Bad das warme Wasser gefloßen ist. Ich hätte hier eine ausführliche Beschreibung erwartet, was genau eingeschaltet werden soll, bevor man duschen geht. Den Trockner haben wir leider gar nicht zum laufen bekommen, eine Erklärung fehlt dafür auch. Die Bügeleisen sind kaum warm geworden und wir konnten es auch nicht benutzen. Am unangenehmsten fahnde ich die Schlüsselsuche am Anreisetag. Der Vermieter lässt seine Gäste die Schlüssel auf der anderen Straßeseite auf einem großen Bauzaun suchen, wo schon einige anderer Schlüsselboxen hängen, die gleich aussehen. Nach einem 20 Stundenflug ist es extrem anstrengend in die Wohnung zu gelangen.
