Very good place if you plan to spent time in DTLA, very good cost/benefit, thanks for everything.

Pros: Excellent location, the flat was good enough for 2 adults, the balcony was a good place to relax, washing machine and dryer were helpful, the kitchen and toilet are equipped with the essentials. There is a lot of parking around the corner of the street (parking meters). Place is not loud even that there is a big avenue close to it.

Cons: Not enough blankets when weather is cold (AC heater was not working), no room to hang clothes as wardrobe is locked.
