Comfortable flat with pool, gym and good parking

Pros: Loved the fact it had a pool and gym. Also free parking was a great bonus. It was very secure and has good facilities within the apartment.

Good value overall, minor inconveniences but can be overlooked by the amenities!

Pros: As mentioned before, very convenient location and had all basic amenities covered from a kitchen to a washer/dryer. And not a single roach!

Cons: The room location this time around was a bit more inconvenient with the room being on the opposite side of the main entrance. I feel that with the room being more centered in the property, it was less sound proof and every small movement I felt other people could hear. Also wasn’t as clean as the last booked room at this location

I’d book again

Pros: It was homey and had a decent view outside. It was quiet and had a lot of room. The host was quick to respond and helpful with very clear instruction.

Cons: There was a few roaches, but not too many. Not sure if it’s just an LA thing though. The key to open the doors around the building might need a battery it would take a few tries to get them to open for us.

This stay was well worth it’s money and I will be planning to stay again for my future visits :)

Pros: I loved how it has a whole kitchen, washer/dryer, and is pretty much a whole apartment deal

Cons: There were roaches that I had to kill daily that came from the sinks and tub drains. I understand that it is a common problem in LA but having to kill them daily was a bit excessive
