Perfect location and perfect apartment

Pros: Perfect place to stay in Santa Monica. Absolutely beautiful place. All amenities available. TV in every room and great kitchen. The location is spot on. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and bars and a 7-11 and pharmacy minutes walk away. 5 Stars.

Great apartment close and only 5 minutes from shops bars and pier

Pros: Loved the location. Parking was really good. Apartment had everything we needed. Beds super comfy.

Cons: Couldn’t open windows as building being painted so all windows covered up with plastic sheeting. Not a negative on the property just unlucky they were painting on our visit.

Lovely stay

Pros: The apartment had all necessities one needs for staying in Santa Monica. Short walk down to the pier, to Target and many restaurants. There was a big porch we enjoyed every evening. We had a lovely stay :-)

Cons: A bit tricky check-in, but the man in the restaurant below was kind enough to assist.

Well equiped and cozy apartment in Santa Monica

Pros: Very good location at walking distance from Santa Monica Pier. Well equipped apartment with all what we needed

Cons: Felt like a questing challenge to find access to the apartment. Searching for the right master lock on the street in front of 3 homeless people watching was not a pleasant experience. Impersonal welcome with no phone number to ask anything. Noisy as directly on Santa Monica Blvd with city busses passing under the window

Pros: It was a great location and everything was just as advertised. Although there wasn’t a dinning table, which was a surprise. Meals had to be eaten on the kitchen breakfast bar. Comfy big beds and great bathrooms. And a full kitchen of everything needed
