Perfect place to stay for families.

Pros: Property is super clean in a posh area . Interior designs is beautiful. Location is perfect in heart of Hollywood with all major attractions nearby. Appartment is fully equipped with kitchen and laundry and fully automated system . Very safe and friendly service . We were helped a lot while checking in and check out is swift .

Very nice place, well organized hosts, unsure if it is allowed to be a short term rental.

Pros: Very good location and nice property. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Organized hosts provided good information once we were there.

Cons: There are signs in the elevators saying that short term rentals are not permitted at this property.
