A comfortable family home in a good location

Pros: A comfortable home, with good sized rooms and facilities. Beds were comfortable, showers were spacious and clean and kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils necessary. Parking was available outside. And it was a quiet location.

Cons: It would have been great to have been able to block out the sunshine in the morning

Pros: Beautifully appointed townhouse. Quite large, nice furniture. Cozy, albeit small backyard. A decent location, but don't expect walking distance to Santa Monica Pier. Map view is deceiving. Plenty of decent dining options around. Parking permits are provided for street parking near the property.

Cons: The mattress in the Master Bedroom is great, but the other two rooms have very soft mattresses that we did not like. Some may like it, but we couldn't get a good rest. The property provides USB chargers on the nightstands, which is great, but beware that they are connected to a switched outlet. So after you turn off the lights, your phone is no longer getting charged. The checkout time is a little too early at 10 AM, which is attributed to the house cleaning crew, and the penalty for delay is like $50 every 15 minutes. I am also a host and I am able to clean the house without such drama with a normal 11 AM checkout.

Pros: Everything! Spacious! Gorgeous! Loved the outside garden area! Bed’s were comfortable! Loved the heated towels! It exceeded our expectations!
