Fabulous place, would definitely stay again!

Pros: The apt was super clean and very spacious. The bathrooms were sparkling and we had plenty of room to watch movies and cook meals when we wanted to. Very safe and secure building. Just wonderful!

Pros: The place was very clean and comfortable. Updated kitchen.

Cons: There was no coffee available except 1 decaf pod which I thought was strange. Also all of the smoke / co monitors were removed except the smaller bedroom. Towels could be updated; they are old and not in great condition. Overall location and security, parking was great.

Pros: Es ist alles modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, es wurde an allem gedacht. Die Lage sehr ruhig und dennoch im zentrum von Santa Monica. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert, ruhig und einfach wunderschön, wir haven uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bestimmt werden wir die gelegenheit nutzen bei diesem Gastgeber zu hausieren. Bis dahin, vielen lieben dank.

Pros: location was good. it was pretty quiet except for a few noisy doors slamming shut at night. Liked that it was close to Trader Joe's. liked the secure parking

Cons: Toilet in the main bathroom leaks and wastes water. Directions to return the garage remote were missing. The lock box was tricky to open. Need better lighting in the living room. Netflix subscription should be without ads for the rental fees being charged. Few more supplies in the kitchen would have helped. baking sheet pan, colander, ie

Great location and the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Pros: The location was great. There are many restaurants nearby. The place itself was perfect for us. There are two very spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed although we only warmed up food since we ate out all the time. The entire apartment was very clean and so was the building.
