Super Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt.

Pros: Tolle Lage, sichere Umgebung, Aufteilung sowie Ausstattung der Wohnung, 2 Parkplätze, Supermarkt nebenan.

Cons: In einem Bad laute Lüftung sowie Toilettenspülung.

Pros: De dag voordat we het appartement hadden gehuurd, kregen we bericht dat we er door overmacht (lekkage) niet in konden…. Door de verhuurder werd direct geschakeld naar een alternatieve locatie. We kregen een prachtig ander appartement voorgesteld. Volbegrip en oplossingsgericht gehandeld, waardoor we toch nog zorgeloos onze reis hebben kunnen ervaren. Dank je wel Kali!!!

Cons: Sombre. Pipi de chien dans les couloirs et ascenseur. Pas de vue. Plage de Venice loin à pieds.

Heel fijn verblijf op een prima locatie

Pros: Heel fijn ruim appartement, rustig gelegen. Vlakbij diverse voorzieningen, restaurants en supermarkten. Fijne slaapkamers met beide een eigen badkamer en ruimte voor de koffers.

Cons: Het was even zoeken bij aankomst naar de juiste ingang en het juiste appartement. De keukenuitrusting zou wat uitgebreider mogen zodat de vaatwasser minder vaak aan hoeft.

Fijn, schoon, veilig en hygienisch. Moeilijke parking.

Pros: Schoon en goed onderhouden apartement. Netjes met zelfs keukengerei en koffie/thee/zout/suiker in de kast. Veilige buurt, dicht bij marina. Boodschappen naast het gebouw op loopafstand.

Cons: Weinig uitzicht op de hemel. Parkeren is gratis onder het gebouw, ingang en uitgang zijn verschillend, maar dat staat niet duidelijk aangegeven. We moesten de weg vragen na enkele rondjes gereden te hebben. De liften vanuit de lobby gaan niet direct naar de etage van het apartement.

Pros: Excelente departamento, muy bien equipado y gran ubicación, tanto como para ir a la playa como para salir hacia la ciudad. Tiene un gran supermercado pegado al complejo y un muy cómodo estacionamiento.
