Cozy Loft Sunset FRRE WIFI and DESIGNATED Parking

Pros: The apartment was very clean, the location is right in the center, we could walk everywhere, in the area is within 15min everything you need. (Pharmacy, Target, Marshall's, Chipotle ....) The residence includes a common garden with seating, fire pit and beautiful views. The advantage was the underground parking space.

Cons: We were very surprised by the communication of an agent, not only that he did not contact us at all, we had no information on how to get to the accommodation, we had to write to him ourselves via WhatsApp, ask for all the passwords, constantly hurry him, we waited for several minutes before we got his response, I recommended to solve everything at least a day in advance, he only wrote capslock messages as if we were some idiots, the apartment is very sparsely furnished, it is enough for a few days but we missed a lamp by the beds, you could only shine a big light and when you go to the bathroom at night you wake everyone up.

Great place to explore Hollywood

Pros: Great location to explore Hollywood. Well equipped apartment with an underground parking. Smooth check in and check out process. We spent there 3 days and definitely recommend.

Only stayed for 3 nights but even tho our flight was delayed by over 8 hours we will still able to check in after midnig

Pros: Great location, really nice modern building with good facilities.

Cons: The chairs were not that comfortable but other than that it’s fantastic

We were very happy in the apartment. It had more space than I expected. Reserved parking is a bonus

Pros: The apartment was well equipped and in a great location. It was a perfect stay for our family of 4 for 4 nights in LA. It is good value for money. We felt most welcome.

Cons: Would have liked an oven dish.

Pros: Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Można było skorzystać z jacuzzi i basenu.

Cons: Wszystko było w porządku.

Pros: La ubicación es excepcional, a un paseo de los sitios más míticos de Hollywood. El apartamento es cómodo, muy nuevo y limpio, en un edificio seguro y tranquilo.

Cons: Después de llegar nos avisaron que no podíamos usar el parking del edificio, y nos reservaron un parking a unos minutos a pie del apartamento. El proceso de check in es un poco largoe porque hay que recoger de llaves en otra ubicación, pero las instrucciones son claras y fáciles de seguir.

Pros: Posizione, ampiezza della camera, presenza di corredo bagno impeccabile (shampoo, asciugamani in più e assorbenti) e parcheggio gratuito.

Cons: La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, a terra era appiccicoso.

Lovely comfortable and well equipped place in a great location, not having parking on premises is the only disadvantage!

Pros: It’s a really nice place in a perfect location where you can get easy access to surrounding attractions. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with good quality bedding and towels. Kitchen was quite equipped.

Cons: Unfortunately, not having on premises parking is the only and biggest disadvantage specially in the rainy season because the parking was provided few blocks away.

Pros: La ubicación fue excelente. Cerca de varios lugares a pie y en un punto estratégico con buena conectividad.

Cons: La búsqueda de las llaves era confusa al inicio y la dirección no era exactamente la de la publicación (una cuadra de distancia)

Amazing stay, convenient spot to stay in if you want to explore Hollywood.

Pros: Check-in process was very easy and smooth. The room itself is way more spacious than I expected, and it exceeded my expectations. There were multiple kitchen supplies already provided which made saving money on food so much easier since we could easily cook there. The host was very responsive and nice whenever we needed assistance.

Cons: Some residents at the building are kind of sketchy but other than that they leave you alone if you don’t act out of control and respect the policies.
