MDR Studio Apartment Luxury pool

A great small apartment in an excellent location. Would consider using again if we were ever in LA

Pros: It was clean and in a great location. Excellent communication and assistance from the owners throughout the stay. The apartment itself was very well provisioned with everything we needed. We were provided a car parking space with the apartment in a secure car park. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. The apartment was very quiet.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like about the apartment, however there were a few issues with the building. On arrival there was no hot water for 2 days, the elevator was broken for over a week however the owner directed us to a second elevator which only broke once while we were there. There is a lot of construction work ongoing currently which was loud from 8am, 6 days per week. The issues did not detract from our stay and the owner kept us informed throughout as soon as they had any update from property management company. We understood that issues can arise in buildings of this size and it didn’t detract from our stay.

Pros: I booked this for a work colleague (I stayed nearby). The photos accurately depict the room- it’s a decent size for a single or a couple. Lots of storage. It has a large kitchen and all appliances worked. Location was great, and communication with the property was exceptionally easy.

Cons: The window didn’t open as a handle had come off, but didn’t matter too much as the room had A/C.

Pros: Very easy, automatic check in which was very convenient when flying in from abroad. Property was in a nice complex with pool and gym, quiet, good Wifi, and overall a very comfortable place to stay. Nice to have a kitchen with a coffee machine too.

Pros: Facilité d’accès, bien placé ( proche aéroport LAX, Venice beach, santa monica)

Cons: Place de parking un peu petite pour garer un véhicule large

Pros: Blisko do dużego sklepu, rozwinięta strefa gastronomiczna w okolicy. Możliwość skorzystania z pralni. Bardzo łatwe zakwaterowanie dzięki wskazówkom gospodarza. Parking prywatny.

We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: We enjoyed having access to a gym within the apartment complex. We also walked over to the marina a couple times.

Great option to stay with an unbeatable location

Pros: I liked the location, the fact that it was very clean when we got there, the unit was very comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: Well, we had asked for early check-in and this was not possible so we had to wait for some hours.
