Fantastic & 100% safe and secure property with a view on Marina

Pros: The property has an amazing view and a fantastic location. It's much more spacious than the photos suggest and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. I noticed some reviews mentioned the limited amenities, but I personally didn’t mind picking up a few extras like toilet paper and air freshener - Ralphs and Trader Joe’s are just a 15-min walk away. The view is simply stunning - breathtaking both during the day and at night. I also really appreciated that the bathroom had a handheld showerhead, not just a fixed one, which made things more convenient. And finally, the hosts - absolutely the kindest and most pleasant people I’ve encountered in all my booking experiences.

Cons: This place isn’t ideal for those who rely on food deliveries, as it’s clearly stated they’re not allowed - but it does come with a fully equipped, very comfy kitchen, so you can easily cook for yourself. As well for those who tend to wake up later - there are no blackouts in the bedroom - do not forget your sleeping masks and earplugs - as the tennis court is opposite your windows, but it's kinda not very noisy.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Pros: Location is a beautiful spot overlooking the Marina Del Rey marina. It is not only a beautiful and very convenient location for good restaurants, shopping and LAX airport -15 minutes away. The apartment itself is very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Would happily stay there again !

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in toller Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten und sicheren Wohnanlage. Privater Parkplatz im Parkhaus. Sehr gute Lage, in der Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Viele Sachen sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, wie zum Beispiel die Venice Canals und Venice Beach.

Pros: Отличное расположение, охраняемая территория и свой паркинг. Вид на марину. Пешком можно дойти до пляжа. Не далеко есть и детская площадка. Магазин в 5 мин на машине. Хозяева очень дружелюбны и во всех вопросах помогали. Большие и хорошо обставленные апарты. Кухня со всем необходимым. В комплексе есть стиралка и сушилка на этаже. Хороший интернет.

Cons: Достаточно слабые трубы склонные к засорам, но с помощью хозяев все очень быстро устранялось.

Top Lage, überragende Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer

Pros: Neben der tollen Lage (selbst Venice Beach & Santa Monica ist per Fuß bei einem Spaziergang entlang der Strandpromenade erreichbar) überzeugte vor allem der Ausblick über den Hafen von Marina Del Rey. Diesen Ausblick kann man über die Glasfront im Schlafzimmer sowie über den großen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten genießen. Weitere Highlights sind ein großer Pool zum Schwimmen sowie der beheizte Whirlpool, den wir abends ganz für uns hatten. Super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin.
