Pros: The staff responded quickly and the cleaning staff were kind. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed for cooking.

Cons: ・The only small concern was that the bottom of the kettle looked a bit discolored, so I wasn’t sure if it was safe to use. ・the room had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which I didn’t like the most.

Modern and clean, well located

Pros: Very clean and modern set up. Enjoyed the modern bathroom and practical location of the property. Street parking is also very convenient.

Cons: The walls are very thin, can hear the next door unit.

Close to restaurants beaches and everything

Pros: Excellent location. Great property for 2. It was very nice neighborhood. We will definitely come back.

Pros: Estuvo todo perfecto! Fail acceso, las fotos tal cual, todo limpio y nuevo. La ubicación muy buena cerca de la playa, en un barrio hermoso y tranquilo, con estacionamiento en la calle.

Our stay in the Modern, Stylish, and Cozy Studio was a perfect stay, rating a 10/10 plus!

Pros: The name of this place describes it perfectly: Modern, stylish, and cozy! The location was perfect for our needs, it was close to amenities in Mariana Del Ray and yet in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This was actually my first time renting an Air B n' B (I have always used hotels in my travels) and my first time using Booking.com, and it was a true delight! I am thankful we found this place and will plan to return to the Modern, Stylish & Cozy Studio!

Cons: Our stay was wonderful, from the time we arrived until we left. Each time I had a question, the host answered promptly and politely! I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Suggestions might include: having an extra, thin blanket available in addition to the bed comforter, and directions for the TV (we struggled to get any local channels for football, although there were a lot of streaming apps to choose from). Truly, no complaints!

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, ristrutturato da poco e molto confortevole. Zona tranquilla e host disponibile. Puoi parcheggiare lungo la strada gratis. Incluso set asciugamani (non è previsto il cambio quindi per 3 giorni abbiamo dovuto usare gli stessi).

Cons: Il bagno è piccolino, il letto è affianco alla cucina mancavano dei comodini ai lati per poter appoggiare le varie cose, dovevo metterle per terra. Perchè in realtà non era la casa della foto ma una dependance appena dietro.

Séjour très agréable

Pros: Très beau séjour. Hôte disponible et à l’écoute ! Maison moderne et agréable. Tous les équipements étaient disponibles pour passez un séjour agréable.

Pros: Das am besten ausgestattete Zimmer auf der ganzen Reise, Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und in einem Wohnviertel, aber man kommt für LA-Verhältnisse überall schnell hin. Restaurants sind in der Nähe, aber für den Rest sollte man mobil sein. Sehr modernes Badezimmer. Der Gastgeber war nicht anwesend, aber wenn man ihn anschreibt, reagiert er schnell. WLAN ist frei und gut. Alles sehr sauber.

Cons: Das Bett könnte für mein Empfinden härter sein.
