Apartment lovely excellent location for visit to long beach .

Pros: Location . Very comfortable bed . Best night sleep for ages . View of the beach . The apartment is very nicely laid out everything you need .

Cons: The balcony . Only a personal thing the balcony was too narrow for me to use . It was a shame as the views are lovely . It is of no fault of the owners but I was not aware this was an air b &b property . As I use booking .com regularly I just assumed it was a hotel/apartment holiday block . I will certainly be more careful Next time when using booking.com . Because it was air b&b there was lots of work before even getting to the venue e.g having to pay security deposit / car parking etc .

Beautiful views.

Pros: It is very well located with beautiful views. The communal facilities are very good with fitness centre, pool, spa and gas BBQ. The apartment was very clean. The bathrooms are spacious.

Cons: The overall accommodation is a little tired.

Pros: quite good location for Long Beach area, great view from the window and balcony

Cons: its a private apartment building and there seems to be problem between owners of the apartment and building administration. The floor is painted with some chemicals which makes socks greasy and dirty

Ubytování doporučujeme rodinám nebo malým skupinám přátel pro klidný pobyt. Rádi se vrátíme.

Pros: Skvělá lokalita, super prostorný apartmán s balkony, vybavená kuchyňka, koupelna. V jedné z ložnic velká manželská postel. Vše upravené a čisté. V ubytování klid a v okolí také. A apartmánu jsme bydleli v 7 osobách a vešli jsme se v pohodě.

Cons: Organizačně zpočátku složitější - několik kontaktů, přesně striktní pravidla, před pobytem nebylo jednoduché zajistit komunikaci. To vyvolalo mírné obavy, ale na místě pak vše klapalo a obavy byly nepodložené. Předání klíčů bylo nakonec na minutu a v pohodě. Bohužel dosud nemohu získat od ubytování fakturu do účetnictví. Věřím, že to ale bude ještě napraveno.
