Adorable modern guesthouse with full kitchen

Pros: I stayed here for 3 weeks and it honestly felt like home. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. Grocery stores and other essentials are close by, and public transport is easily accessible, which made getting around super convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful — always quick to respond and made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable and complete

Pros: The place has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is very complete, and the owner is super friendly and caring. I has an issue with the sheet beds and solved it in less than an hours. Very recommended, I will definitely stay here if visiting tiwn again

Pros: Unit was very clean. The bed, although high off the floor, was very comfortable.

Cons: Only one minor complaint. The bed is high off the floor so if you’re elderly or have any physical issues that preclude you from climbing up onto things then that is something to consider. I’m 5 feet 11 inches for reference.

Pros: Nice and clean. Great host. Sam is very friendly and welcoming. In center location.

Top locatie, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Pros: Top locatie, Trader Joe supermarkt op 4 min rijden. Ventura Boulevard op 5 min met honderden winkels en restaurants. Beverly Hills, Hollywood, walk of Fame op 30 min. Santa Monica 45 min. Topanga park is geweldig, neem Old Topanga Road om door de canyon (prachtige vergezichten en wegen tussen de rotsen) heen naar de kust te rijden, dan linksaf naar Santa Monica met de pier! Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk. Koffie, kruiden rek, afwasmiddel, douche schuim handdoeken, koelkast enz aanwezig. Gratis parkeren voor de deur en om de hoek!

Cons: Bed kraakt best wel en matras had beter gekund. Naast een instelbare lokale airco in het appartement is er ook een Centrale airco voor het hele pand, (deze maakt best veel herrie en is niet instelbaar), deze blaast ook door alle muren heen waardoor er koude lucht uit de lichtschakelaars en deurkozijn gaten komt. Hierdoor komt er een muffe lucht uit de kast van de keuken.

Pros: I have to cook my own food because of dietary restrictions, and the kitchen had everything I needed! When I looked back at the listing to write a review, I was surprised at the square footage of the unit, because it felt bigger than that. Two very large closets, nice finishes in the bathroom. Pleasant sitting area in the front yard. The owner is extremely nice, responsive, and helpful! Never had trouble finding a parking spot out front, though one morning during the week parking is prohibited for a few hours. Beautiful Balboa Lake is a great place nearby to take a walk.

Cons: Longer stay, do a washer/dryer and desk (there’s a small table in kitchen) were the only things that could make the stay better.

Cons: I had a longer stay, so I wish there’d been a washer/dryer, and if there was a desk I would’ve used that (there’s a little table in the kitchen, though).

Pros: The property was very clean and it came with lots of dishes. Property owner was very nice when I accidentally locked myself out of the property.

Cons: I would have preferred more blankets because the bedroom felt a little empty.

Home away from home

Pros: The kitchen is full equipped with pots and pans for used. Plates and silverware along with other items that should be used.

Cons: The property site is on the renovation so may be a little unpleasant to your visually.

Excellent host and good central location that is very clean and cute.

Pros: The owner was gracious and friendly and very helpful! He really cares about his property and your experience. Property was clean and had a great location in the valley.

Cons: If you are sensitive to the smell of fragrances, ask for fragrance wall plug to be removed before you stay.
