Beautiful place, great location!

Pros: Such a cute little house/apartment, in a great location. The host was available by text, and very friendly and helpful. We had the apartment with a patio and jacuzzi, BBQ, which was great. The house was very clean and charming!

Cons: My only mini complaint is that the patio and outdoor furniture was covered in spider webs. I'm sure it's hard to keep up, especially in the summer, but a little web wipe down would have been great.

Pros: Carpinteria ist ein srhr hübscher Ort! Mein erster Eindruck vom Haus war leider negativ, ich habe mich an den schönen Bildern auf der Booking.com Seite orientiert, die allerdings veraltet sind, manche Dinge sind inakzeptabel wie zum Beispiel verrostete Sonnenliegen, leider ist das Waschbecken im Badezimmer zu klein und die Feuchtigkeit im Haus sehr groß, die Handtücher trocken nicht. Es gibt keinen Ganzkörperspiegel und die Beleuchtung ist sehr schwach. Positiv ist die Küchenausstattung, diese ist 5 Sterne wert. Internet ist auch sehr gut. Das Haus hat einen gewissen Charme! Man kann sich auf jeden Fall dort wohl fühlen, wenn man nicht mit falschen Vorstellungen ankommt.

Cons: Direkt gegenüber vom Schlafzimmer ist eine große Baustelle. Darüber wurden wir nicht informiert, Baulärm Beginn zwischen 6 und 7 Uhr früh. Es entsteht direkt am Haus eine Tankstelle.
