Pros: The location was good, and we were generally able to reach the host easily. The free parking was great, and there are many things to do nearby. The apartment with a balcony was spacious and nice, and overall, we were satisfied.

Cons: However, the cleanliness was not good; it should have been better. And the curtains in the rooms were not sufficient and let in too much light.

Pros: Our stay couldn’t have been better positioned — beach days and evenings out were all walkable. We loved casual afternoons at The Venice Beach Bar & Kitchen enjoying an ocean view. The Venice Boardwalk buzz is right around the corner and makes every day feel like a mini adventure. A brunch stop at Zinqué was a highlight before exploring shops and galleries. Great value for a spot that’s close to everything!

Pros: Fantastic stay with easy access to beaches, canals, and great restaurants. We walked to Belles Beach House for tropical-inspired cocktails and dinner one night — such a vibe! Exploring Ballona Lagoon and nearby parks made mornings feel peaceful before hitting the boardwalk. For quality Italian and drinks, Ospi Venice did not disappoint. Between dining and ocean views, this was the ideal home base.

Pros: Loved staying here — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and just minutes from the action. We found a ton of great food nearby like the fresh seafood and waterfront views at Beachside Restaurant and Bar. A short ride took us to the Venice Fishing Pier and Muscle Beach — so much to see right on the Boardwalk. Chill afternoons were had at Nalu Vida Venice for lunch and drinks. Absolutely recommend this area for anyone who wants easy beach access.
